The Care Coordinator is the backbone of Home Care. The Coordinator recruits and manages field employees who are direct care to clients. The Coordinator collaborates with the nurse and outreach team to arrange appropriate field employees (caregivers). The Coordinator embodies the mission and vision of Joynus Care to field employees.

** Responsibilities
Ensure all client cases are staffed and documented
Support field employees to do their job at the highest level: As a team leader for employees, the coordinator listens, consults, and motivates employees
Prepare and maintain employee records to be compliant with Georgia Healthcare Facility Regulation
Monitor and report all outstanding issues from employees
Verify employee work schedule and clock in/out
Ensure employees perform their duties as instructed
Ensure employees’ benefits
Maintain on-call duty as needed
Participate in the orientation and evaluation of employees
Handle complaints and incident investigations and submits them to the supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned

** Requirements
Speaking in English and Korean
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Excellent organizational skills with particular attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to problem-solve/follow through
Bachelor’s degree
