We are recruiting a full-time purchasing agent who is highly motivated and detail-oriented.

POSITION FUNCTIONS
• Develop purchasing strategies.
• Reviews and processes purchase orders.
• Manages other members of the purchasing team.
• Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
• Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
• Resolve issues and conflicts related to all merchandise purchased.
• Coordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
• Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.
• Travels to vendor locations.
• Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.
• Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.

º REQUIREMENTS
• Associates Degree and 2-years’ experience in purchasing required
• Must be fluent in English
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States

º WORK HOURS
Full-time: Mon - Fri (8 AM -  5 PM)

º LOCATION
Suwanee, GA (Near Suwanee Town Center)
