General Accounting

• Responsible for general accounting and month-end close activities as it relates to manufacturing, inventory and cost of sales, including purchase price, material usage and work order variances, gross margin, freight and labor & overhead, and warranty
• Assist Operations in implementing, maintaining and monitoring proper inventory controls and cycle count procedures/auditing
• Prepare monthly management reports as it relates to cost of sales, production analyses, and inventory and variance analyses
• Document controls, processes and procedures related to manufacturing finance and cost accounting
• Uphold corporate policies in the manufacturing and cost accounting areas
• Prepare Journal entries
• Prepare Expense Report for Fixed Assets entries (includes Capitalization of interest)
• Monthly Capitalization, run depreciation
• Make copies for important contracts and fixed asset related expenditures.
• Clear SAP Account Receivable. Sales reconciliation
• Annual property tax filing
• Prepare AR Aging, Fixed Assets, Deposit, Prepaid and other Assets account
• Assist with and ensure successful year-end accounting audits
• Assists CFO and Accounting Manager in special projects and process/system improvements


자격요건 : Accounting 전공자 우대
2~3 년 재경 업무 유경력자
SAP 사용 유경험자 우대
영주권 또는 시민권자
영어로 의사 소통 가능자
직원들과 잘 융화하며 긍정적인 마인드로 즐겁게 일 할 수 있는 분
