True LED USA is excited to add an Administrative Accountant to handle finance, accounting and administrative work in our office.

In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting and administrative activities such as performing accounts receivable, preparing payroll, office operations and various other related duties.

01. JOB OVERVIEW

- Hiring Position: Administrative Accountant
- Position Type: Full-time
- Work Hours: 8:00am ~ 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

02. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Assist with tax preparation by gathering and organizing relevant financial documents.
- Process accounts payable by reviewing and verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, and ensuring timely payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with account reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide technical accounting support as needed, including researching and interpreting accounting regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including analyzing data and creating reports for management.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll calculations.
- Coordinate office activities and operations in compliance with company policies.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments etc. for staff
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Other accounting and administrative duties.

03. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual: English + Korean
- QuickBooks
- 3+ years of directly relevant experience
- Completed program in bookkeeping strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Power Point)
- (Optional) Experienced in Google Workspace
- (Optional) Knowledgeable about Tax Codes and Tax Laws
