Position: Transaction Coordinator (bilingual Korean and English)

Type: Contractor ON-CALL

*Phone Interview will be in English, but Office Interview will be in English & Korean*

Pay: starting $60,000+ (depending on candidate's experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Assistant/Transaction Coordinator who is fluent in Korean and English (both verbal and written language). Primarily, you will manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to post closing, including assist with preparing contracts at the direction of the sales agent, organizing the daily and weekly schedule in advance, scheduling any inspections and repairs, keeping database records accurate, keeping all parties involved up-to-date. Also, fully supporting the sale agents so they can be free to pursue more sales opportunities. This position is an independent contractor position. Hours vary with our sales agents’ activity, must be available on-call for urgent matters in evenings and weekends.

Job Requirements:

· Quickly think like a real estate agent

· Strong attention to detail (Candidates who complete the requested assessments will be viewed first: Typing and Data Entry)

· Hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks

· Work diligently under pressure with patience and respond quickly to requests

· Adaptable and flexible to changing environment

· Maintain excellent relationship with the team, our clients, outside agents, and vendors

· Comfortable with phone system and project management software

· Work independently while also in constant collaboration with the team

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Contract to Close:

1. Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly

2. Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process

3. Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings

4. Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

5. Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities

Listing Coordination:

1. Produce and manage MLS listing in FMLS and GAMLS and social media and verifies the accuracy of syndication

2. Maintains and follows up on all listing-related paperwork to ensure accuracy

3. Schedule staging, photography, sign and lock box installation

4. Organize showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold

5. Serve as the main point of contact for all listings for the team and as the main point of contact with sellers during the listing process.

6. Ensures timeliness, follow-through, and continued contact throughout the listing process and maintains a high level of customer service

Job Qualifications:

· REQUIRED:

o Speak, read, write in Korean proficiently

o 1-2 years of experience in real estate industry

o 1-2 years of office and clerical experience in a professional office environment

o Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing

o High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or professional school preferred

o Authorization to work in the United States of America

o Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

o Excellent computer skills (understand the difference between emailing CC and BCC, Reply ALL, use Google Calendar, how to use conference call tools like Google Meet, Zoom)

o Intermediate level Microsoft Office experience (mostly Word)

o Windows 10 operating experience

o Pass background check in accordance with local laws and regulations

· PREFERRED (but not required):

o Experience with Dropbox cloud storage app

o Experience with project management software

o Experience with CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Evening/Weekends as needed

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

Ability to Relocate:
Suwanee, GA 30024: Relocate before starting work (Required)
