Job Summary :

Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of ‘IMG mechanical method’.
Duties and responsibilities include formulating departmental policies and procedures, managing daily operations
And planning the use of departmental materials and human resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Overall production management of operation of IMG molding machine (Several units). In case of problems occurred,
Carry-out in consultation with the relevant team. In addition, improvement work on the entire production lines.

Overall production management of injection molding machines (Several units of various Tons). In case of problems occurred,
Carried-out in consultation with the relevant team. (maintenance, development, quality etc.)

Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability,
And growth as an organization.

Evaluate performance of departmental managers and operators for compliance with established policies and objectives of the
Company and contributions in attaining objectives.

Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives
And plans in accordance with current conditions.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the plant.

Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and manufacturing standards.

Skills/Requirements :

Must be personal-computer proficient and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.

Verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Proven track record in operations and production in a manufacturing environment.

Communication and team building skills.

Ability to overall management of plant investment and budget.

Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.

Education/Training/Experience :

BS Degree or Equivalent Experience Required.

Previous experience in management role in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
